November was fun…but does feel about time for a
new month. Especially this month!! And even on the first day I've heard tons of
Christmas music, currently have Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time stuck in my head. My
neighborhood decked the halls the day after thanksgiving, and i think they
played How the Grinch Stole Christmas like 7 times
on various channels this week. Love December though, mainly
for a few very important dates,
like 12/7/11 which will be Whimzy’s first birthday. Or days like 12/16/11 which
is the first annual AKC Junior Agility Nationals. Few other interesting things
mixed in too, but those have less to do with dogs and more to do with my
“social” life…if you can call it that!
But before jumping into December I would like to note that November was not only fun, as previously stated, but very very interesting! Lots of shows, a Tori Self seminar, titling another dog and a quick trip to Europe tends to spice things up. But most importantly, at Jenna’s last show we got some very very nice things. Although we may have been a wee bit out of sync, I did love the teeter and dog walk she gave me. The off course was my fault, should have pulled up and cranked the turn because of the odd angle she was coming on, granted to odd angle was her fault for shooting off into basically nowhere. The bad aframe was my fault too; I turned in super early so she just halted. That’s something we still need to work, did find a fix for it the other day in training though!

I also added clips of Oz training last night. He was a bit of a nutcase, but that’s normal. And don’t worry the screaming is normal too…I just thought his first serpentine was just way too cool!!! I don’t think I could have run it that way with any other dog, not that I would it would add way too many yards. That’s why we tried the slice rear again, after I told him to shut up -_-“ He annoys me sometimes, but I love that little guy so much!!
