As amusing as it is to run around the course going “wooowoooowooo, gogogo!” in a high pitched voice, it’s still not what I want. Jenna was so awesome at the Tori Seminar, I just feel like she lost a lot of drive on Saturday. I got some of it back on Sunday by using my squeaks of encouragement, but not the same as she has been the last few weeks. Jenna certainly responded to squeaking, which is actually odd because she hates squeaky toys with a burning passion...odd dog.
Hoping we just had a semi-off weekend. The one who wasn’t having a semi-off weekend was Kenzie, like wow she looked awesome. I ran her Saturday and Q’d in standard, held zones too, then I epically failed at jumpers. Dog was good though, isn’t that the way it always works out? The dog did great, but umm…well the handler was less than great ;) On Sunday Diane took her back, and got a really fast Jumpers Q and only one bar on a fantastic standard run!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHEtOoEdz6o (<this weekends runs)
In other news, I’m going to Spain in less than a week. Totally psyched, never been to that part of Europe before. I’ve only been too like England, France, Switzerland, Germany and a few others…yes the word “only” is used loosely, and yes I know I’m spoiled. Either way this will still be my first time actually on the Mediterranean, oh and I’m going to Africa for a day… actually like beyond excited for that part of the trip! I plan on taking lots and lots of pictures...usually my dad takes the camera, and we come home with pictures of buses and signs. When I take the camera we come home with pictures of actual things we saw. Like the Effiel Tower :)
