The air is getting crisper and the breeze a bit chiller. The trial schedule is filling up fast, and school begins again. None of which I really have a problem with. The most exciting part of this Fall Season? Nationals Prep! Well Junior Nationals Prep, same thing right? Kind of, okay use your imaginations people. Honestly so excited to be headed back down to the AKC's Junior Agility Invitational, this year with two shelties. Muhaha. With one EO Team Member and a baby headed for World Team Tryouts in the Spring, I think the competition is going to be just what the doctor ordered. Whimzy needs some seasoning in the national competition department and in the travel department. Jenna, well Jenna just needs to be Jenna, and to step into instead of over the pretty yellow A-frame contact this year. 2nd place last year was nice, but being 20 combined seconds faster than the first place dog tells me 1st shouldn't have been an issue. Hoping for some more competition this year too though, with 100 spots, it should be nicely filled with the top juniors the USA has to offer! :)
So prep begins, this week actually. 15 weeks out and just enough time to squeeze in a full conditioning plan before December.
And being awesome.
So for now we shall be attacking the border collie... I mean playing with the border collie.... LOL XD That picture is so funny!
