Whimzy had been doing incredible! I am so happy with all the progress we have made this month. These last few training sessions have left us in great shape. Occassionaly she will miss a jump, and my timing is really off, but other than that we are really flowing. We have been working mostly on short sequences (at 10" or 12") and 2o2o, but we are also working on an automatic table down, and just having fun!
You know how sometimes you and the dog just feel so in sync? Your not yelling, or calling the dog off of obstacles, or redirecting them every two seconds. When everything just flows from sequence to sequence around the whole course, and the two of you are working as a unit. Thats how i have felt running Whimzy these past few weeks. Like I said we aren't exactly perfect and we have a fair share of mistakes but they are all my fault, which is awesome! I am also in love with her speed, and the fact that she will play with a toy as a reward. I love love love not having to get treats before every run.
Also I added a few clips of Jenna's August training. She is really coming along, these past few weekends we have gotten really nice contacts. And we also got double Q #18 for MACH 2!!!
